10 Thing Flight Attendants Hate That Passengers Do

As we head into the busy Spring and Summer seasons here are some tips on how not to be “that” passenger.

 1.     Not specifying how you take your coffee:

It’s so annoying to have to say, “cream and sugar”? 17263537 times a day.

 2.     Overreacting when your meal choice is not available:

You know it’s going to be a great trip when grown adults are yelling at you because there is no more airplane microwaved beef available.

 3.     Handing the flight attendant trash during service:

Rudeeeee.

 4.     Putting your feet where they don’t belong:

You are not at home. Period

 5.      Asking for unreasonable accommodations:

We don’t have vegan, gluten free, minimally processed oat milk for your child.

 6.     Getting aggressive with flight crew over delays that are out of our control:

We are all stuck on this plane together. We didn’t just suddenly create the tornados in the area.

 7.     Watching a movie without headphones:

Yes, A Star is Born was a great movie, but the entire plane doesn’t want to watch it with you.

 8.     My absolute new favorite…. Finding ways to not wear your mask the entire flight:

Holding one pretzel to your mouth for an hour is not an excuse to not have on a mask.

 9.     Not taking responsibility for your luggage:

You pack, you stack it. You tow it, you stow it. I touch it, I tag it.

 10.  Asking for a pen:

This one may seem small, but when 300+ people are asking you for your one good Hyatt Regency pen it becomes annoying lol. If you are flying internationally, please bring a pen there will be forms to fill out.

 *Bonus Points*

Things that make flight attendants give you a side eye😒

 Going into the lavatory barefoot:

🗣 That’s not water on the floor in there

Bringing the pillows and blankets out of your bedroom on the plane:

The flight is only 45 mins long you don’t need an entire pillow and blanket from your home.

 Clapping when the plane lands

😑  😑 😑  😑  😑  😑
